The Business Planning Support and Consulting
Business planning must be a long-term interactive team activity. While large consulting firms provide a short-term assessment of the business situation and comfort to upper management, few companies can afford for them to stay around and work with the organizations. Custom Decision Support, LLC. (CDS) works with the organization to produce their plans. We believe that only plans developed by the organization will be effectively implemented. CDS helps by providing management science skills to augment those in the client's organization. These have included: business data analyses, group methods for creative planning, survey research, and plan preparation. However, in most cases, CDS only undertakes those activities that need to be done. Combining limited activities, depth of experience, and high efficiency makes these services affordable and sustainable.
